What
will
help
you
the
most
is
indeed
chil-lel,
but
impatience
will
not
help
at
all.
I
know
,
it
is
easy
for
me
to
say
that.
If
your
health
is
indeed
improving
then
congratulations
and
continued
success
in
your
healings.
The
chi
goes
where
it
knows.
It
is
only
a
matter
of
time
before
the
chi
and
your
wishes
may
be
the
same.
I
wanted
to
rid
myself
of
arthritis
and
the
chi
started
re-growing
hair
on
my
head.
I
was
perturbed
shall
we
say
but
soon
afterwards
I
discovered
that
the
arthritis
wasn't
keeping
me
awake
most
of
the
night
with
pain.
Last
November
I
celebrated
3
years
of
pain
free
arthritis
resolution.
Do
not
forget
that
we
seldom
get
what
we
ask
for,
but
instead
get
a
mixed
bag
of
other
blessings.
Let
time
and
practice
be
on
your
side
and
other
good
things
will
happen
to
you
and
one
day
it
could
well
be
that
